Deep down in me I am worried as we need at least 22 new recruits to come in by the next batch with high attrition and low SL

Our team and I are doing our best but only 3 signed up to join us. I am left with only 2 more weeks with one long weekend for the last week of Good Friday.

The Criteria is strict, the pay is average, we do not have a good name in the labour market, the process was long and tedious and all these made it even tougher to recruit.

It is alarming but that is best we could do and with resumes coming in we are still not able to get candidates who are willing to join us. Sigh.....so challenging.

Even agencies are not giving us many resumes................sigh

Only God can help and miracle can happen.

Thank God for our team and a supporting boss to back up otherwise can simply go into depression.

I keep telling myself Jia You.........we can make it to 22 by the next training batch! AMEN!
