As the market drifts further down, we are thankful that our Australian property was sold earlier and even those bank shares to finance Gerald's education.

Thank God for the great wisdom and right timing in managing our finances. As is written in the bible, "Seek Ye first the Kingdom of God and everything shall be added unto You"

Thank God for Gregory's good prelim results, hope that he will do equally well in his actual "O" level exam. We also pray that Matthias and Mautriz will do well too.

We are glad that Gerald joined as a Altar Server in UBC parish. Over in UBC, the Altar server also assists in the Communion Ministry role. Glad that he participates in the Catholic's activity.

Have been quite sick with very severe migraine and vomitting yesterday. I felt so terribly sick and thought that I would not be able to make it to my Advanced Excel Class. The trainer, Roy was so kind and allowed me to rest if I cannot take it. I tolerated throughout the whole morning and resolved to my 100plus remedy and by noon, I was feeling much better though the migraine still lingered on. It has been a long time I have not got migraine. The stress of not getting the target 20 CSRs for 20th Oct intake bothers me as I manage only to get 8 of them because of the stringent criteria set.in the recruitment.

I just pray that miracles do happen and we are able to achieve the target that the management is comfortable with.

The Advance Excel class was good and there were many formulas and indeed amazing that Excel can do wonders! Hope to apply on what I have learn into the daily work. The trainer, Roy, was a kind and generous and very willing to share his knowlege.

Today I felt much better after a good nite sleep and could concentrate more in class. Glad is Friday and hope to have a peaceful weekend to have a good rest though still posting jobs on the various websites. I am desperate for some good resumes to come in. God, please help.

This is really random but I happened to chance by this place - while googling to find out more about Hwachong. I'm a Sec 4 student from Nanyang Girls' High and proceeding to HCJC next year via IP. All the best to your son (I assume?) for his O level results. (:

laiweng, by now you must be in HCJC. All the best in your JC's life. Thank God, my son did well and is enjoying himself though he could have gone into one of the top 5 JCs but chose to be in a mission school :-)
